- 1 butternut squash, halved lengthwise, seeds removed
- 1 Bartlett pear, halved lengthwise, cored
Ingredients
Fresh locally right now- 2 tsp. brown sugar
- 2 pinches nutmeg
Sweet(er) Option
- 4 pats butter
- 2 pinches salt
Savory Option
Lay pear halves in hollows of butternut squash halves. Bake at 400 deg. until squash is soft (about 1h 15m). Season with brown sugar or butter, either of which will melt, and nutmeg or salt. Share with a friend.
